Linux System Administrator

Our leading marketing client now has a superb new opening for a Linux System Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Salary: €70,000, dependent on experience. This role is based heavily on-site in Freiburg, Germany. The client can assist both financially and logistically with relocation. This role involves no out of hours support work. Candidates must have at least 2 years commercial Linux Systems Administration experience, with proven time served working with a variety of open-sourced tools and infrastructure. The role will involve a lot of security work, helping the company navigate new certifications and EU regulations, i.e. NIS2, TISAX. Experience here isn't required, however candidates must have an aptitude and interest in cybersecurity. It is heavily focused with on-prem technologies. If you have experience with Nextcloud, you will standout. German language skills are mandatory.
