Medical Instrument Reprocessing Technician (Orton instrument reprocessing) Orton Joint Replacement Hospital is seeking new professionals. In April 2026, we began operating as a hospital specialising in the care of joint replacement surgery patients and providing services to the HUS Group. Our aim is to speed up patients’ access to joint replacement operations and increase the number of patients treated. Orton’s long history in joint replacement surgery continues on a more significant scale, and we are looking for experienced professionals to develop future ways of working. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic medical instrument reprocessing technician to join us in a permanent position. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a varied instrument reprocessing environment, where you can use your expertise and do meaningful work. The technician works in the operating department and the instrument reprocessing centre. The work also includes duties in the medical supplies warehouse (receiving, storing and delivering goods to care units). Current working hours are on weekdays between 7:00 and 19:00, and pay is in accordance with the Private Health Services collective agreement. Further information The position requires a medical instrument reprocessing qualification and vaccination protection in accordance with section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act.
