Job Description
Would you like to influence how Toyota customers are served throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle? Toyota Auto Finland is now seeking an Aftermarket Specialist for a versatile role that combines technical understanding of the automotive industry, commercial thinking, and responsibility for key aspects of Toyota's aftermarket operations. What does the job involve? As an Aftermarket Specialist, you will be responsible for key aspects of Toyota's aftermarket in Finland. Your work will focus particularly on maintenance programs, their management, and localization for the Finnish market. Additionally, you will handle parts, accessories, and service contract-related matters, owning related processes and systems. In your daily work, you will ensure the functionality of your assigned areas, identify development needs, and participate in implementing new practices in collaboration with international colleagues, dealer networks, system suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will also train and support the dealer network and serve as an expert in your areas of responsibility. You will be part of a six-member team called Maintenance, Parts & Accessories, where two specialists work in a Senior Specialist role. Each has their own responsibilities and focus areas, but you will actively collaborate and develop operations together. What kind of skills are we looking for? You may have gained experience from a brand dealership, repair shop, parts business, technical support, or other expert roles. You can also come from outside the automotive industry, as we value your interest in the automotive sector and your desire to combine technical understanding with commercial thinking. As a person, you enjoy taking responsibility and want to manage your areas independently, but you also believe in the power of teamwork. You will work closely with colleagues, dealer networks, and international stakeholders daily, so we appreciate an open attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to share knowledge. The role is diverse and involves multiple responsibilities simultaneously. You will succeed if you can grasp broad concepts, prioritize tasks, and proceed systematically. You have good IT skills and can identify how processes and supporting systems can be developed to meet business needs. We especially value a learning attitude and motivation to take on a comprehensive overview. Practical details: This permanent, full-time position involves direct employment with our client, Toyota Auto Finland Oy. The start date is flexible according to agreement. Your workplace is in Vantaa, and Toyota currently operates on a hybrid model, working at least three days a week in the office. The role includes occasional travel within Finland, the Nordic countries, and Europe, in cooperation with Toyota Motor Europe and other international colleagues.
