Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative for sales and purchasing work. Are you interested in precious metals and enjoy meeting people? We want an energetic and customer-oriented buyer and seller of precious metals, moving between locations. The job involves travel across the southern, western, and eastern Finland regions. In your role you will meet people and provide expert service related to the buying and selling of precious metals. Our service automations operate Mon-Fri 10-17. Your duties include: buying and selling precious metals from a service van (light cargo van); identifying precious metals; ensuring excellent customer experience. We expect: excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and take responsibility; sales-mindedness and goal orientation; willingness to travel and work at changing work sites; a personal car available; credit history in good standing (to be checked); English language ability; driving license C1 (does not require professional qualification).
