
About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join the operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in oracle and system and databases. You will work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities - Input order management data as applicable and release DJ (Discrete Jobs) data from system and files as per standard guidelines and practice. - Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. - Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output. - Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. - Apply data program techniques and procedures. - Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. - Scan documents and print files, when needed. - Keep information confidential. - Work closely with pre production team and customer service team for order management activities Qualifications Requirements and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Good experience in Xcel and familiar with working on oracle preferred. fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Familiarity with administrative duties. - Strong computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas), - Experience with MS Word and databases. - Exposure on system like Oracle,SAP will be added advantage. - Fast and accurate typing skills. - Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality.
