We are seeking a maintenance engineer for a permanent position in Tampere for our client! Elementic is a startup company that manufactures carbon-negative construction materials from industrial side streams. The company's production is currently moving into the pilot phase, and production startup is underway. A position is opening up in Elementic's team for an industrial maintenance specialist. Job description: Your role will be to work in cooperation with the engineering team and provide support in all tasks related to equipment maintenance and commissioning. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical maintenance work. To understand the overall process and enable development work, you will also participate in production. The equipment in use consists mainly of various high-temperature reactors, dosing stations, and equipment related to material transfer and molding. Working hours are 37.5h/week in day shifts. This is a permanent employment relationship, initially contracted with Henkilöstöliiga, with the possibility of transferring to the client's payroll after the probationary period. Work begins as agreed. Expectations: - At least a few years of recent work experience in versatile maintenance within the process industry - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (AMK), although other engineering degrees are also acceptable - A development-oriented, proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn new things - Fluent skills in Finnish and English - Access to a private car is considered an advantage We offer: A permanent job in a fast-growing industrial company. Monthly salary is tentatively around €3,600, but will be negotiated based on the selected person's skills and experience.
