Requirements include experience in project leadership or development projects; ability to operate in a multi-stakeholder environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive work style; experience in health care is an asset; good Finnish language skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders; English proficiency is important; other languages and cultural know-how are valued.
