Project Planner

Discover your exciting role Support Project Planning & Scheduling activities by developing, updating and maintaining project schedules under supervision. Contribution to data accuracy, reporting and coordination across project teams to ensure alignment with project timelines Explore your tasks and responsibilities Develop & Maintain baseline and working schedules using approved planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6) Update project progress based on outputs from engineering, procurement and construction teams Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and look-ahead schedules Identify basic schedule deviations and highlight risks or delays to team Support data collection, validation and documentation for Project controls / reporting purposes Show your expertise Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction Minimum years of experience: 2-3 years Basic understanding on EPCM Project Lifecycle Familiarity with scheduling tools Strong analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and data accuracy Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to follow structure processes and standards Foundational knowledge of critical path methodology (CPM) Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
