On-call Construction Worker We are seeking on-call construction workers for our client companies for various construction tasks in the Tampere region. This position is suitable for someone who wants to work in the construction industry flexibly according to their own situation and availability. The job description consists of diverse construction tasks based on the needs of the site. Your duties may include, for example, assisting carpenters, carrying and moving materials, creating opening protections, demolition and clearing work, maintaining site cleanliness, chipping, assisting with formwork and reinforcement, tiling, and other construction tasks. Tasks and site needs vary, so we value versatile skills and a flexible approach to work. The work is gig-based, and shifts are offered according to the needs of the sites. You can influence when you are available and what kind of gigs you accept. The duration of the gigs varies from single working days to longer periods of work. Salary is determined based on your skills and experience in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement (14.20–19.94 €/h + TES additions). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card. * Legal age (18+). * Previous experience in construction tasks. * Energetic, proactive, and responsible work ethic. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to read construction drawings, a hot work permit, and access to a private car are considered advantages.
