
We are seeking a dedicated Specialist EHS (m/f/d) to oversee and ensure compliance with all EHS regulations on our construction sites. This on-site role requireds hands-on mentality to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace, driving safety culture and operational excellence. Explore your tasks and responsibilities - Supporting the implementation of safe working processes - Regularly inspecting and assessing construction sites - Advising and supporting construction managers, superintendents, and workers on site - Implementing measures from inspections, audits, and EHS meetings to mitigate safety risk - Overseeing and adjusting risk assessments as necessary - Monitoring for unsafe conditions and dangerous behavior on the construction site - Coordination with the EHS manager and coordinator Show your expertise - Successfully completed education / studies as Master / Technician / Engineer or other formal EHS qualification (SiFA, Nebosh) - First professional experience in the field of EHS in major industrial, construction or manufacturing industries - Demonstrated ability to work in Teams of different cultural backgrounds, hierarchical levels, and skill sets - Very good German skills, good English skills - Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site over longer time-period Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
