Job Description

The Customer Success Architect (CSA) team focuses on the themes of align, enable, and expand. The CSA role is designed to provide value by aligning our platform with customer objectives and driving long-term success. Responsibilities include partnering with customers, guiding platform adoption, acting as liaison, managing customer accounts, onboarding, building success plans, managing escalations, and supporting training. The role requires understanding of DevSecOps, software development lifecycle, and customer success experience.
