About the role

Are you interested in designing and implementing some of Finland's most significant infrastructure, construction, and data center projects? We are looking for geotechnical engineers with experience or interest in dam design, vibration control, and circular economy themes. You will work on diverse projects such as foundation design for buildings and industry, demanding infrastructure projects like railways, roads, and streets, tram projects, and dam and water structures. Additionally, we are increasingly involved in data center projects where geotechnical expertise is central. You will develop your project management skills and work on complex tasks, client relations, and operational methods. Your role may include responsibilities of a geotechnical design supervisor and design guidance. You will collaborate closely with project managers, experts from various fields, and clients, using modern and secure digital tools. You will work across Finland in 28 locations, with possible offices in Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu, Lahti, Kotka, Kuopio, or Turku. To succeed, you need at least five years of experience in geotechnical design and suitable (AMK/DI) education in geo-sciences. Good cooperation skills, a desire to develop, and the ability to tackle new challenges are essential. Finnish language skills are required, and English is important; additional languages are a plus, especially for international projects. Advantages include experience with dams and water structures, project management, AI and digital tools, customer work, sales, or communication, and FISE certifications. We offer meaningful projects contributing to sustainable society, international opportunities, career development, comprehensive employee benefits, and flexible work arrangements. Apply by 10.8.2026. Contact Elise Ruohonen at 045 6703215 or via email for questions.
