Customer and Sales Negotiator

Our growing HL-Family is looking for full-time sales and customer negotiators. Our extensive network of partners enables us to find suitable products for each employee to sell and market. You can influence the choice of products to sell. The products are well-known, and we receive customer lists from our partners, which include Otavamedia Oy, Sanoma Magazines, Bonnier Publications, and Terramedia. Previous work experience is not necessarily required, as we train every selected individual with 30 years of experience and professionalism. For us, age is just a number, and our sales team includes both young people starting their careers and retirees. Our full-time employees work 7 hours a day in either morning or evening shifts. We aim to consider each personal life situation in shift planning, and you can also influence your shifts. After training, it is also possible to work remotely. We provide the necessary equipment. We treat each employee as an individual and offer personal support throughout your career. Employee well-being and comfort are important to us, and we continuously develop new models to support work endurance. If you are looking for a new direction in life and want to train for a profession, we also have apprenticeship positions available.
