Senior Site Manager Data center in Finland 2-Year Contract Rate Dependent on Experience A client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a high-quality MEP project in Finland. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, who can lead teams and deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project plans. - Manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installation teams. - Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, Subcontractors and Clients to maintain effective communication across the project. - Ensure quality standards, compliance requirements and project milestones are achieved throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify and resolve site issues while maintaining productivity and safety standards. Requirements - Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager or Supervisor within construction or MEP projects. - Valid right to work in Finland. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to health and safety. - Strong communication skills; English and/or Finnish language skills are advantageous.
