Merchandiser

Adecco is looking for energetic and careful gig workers to act as merchandisers to ensure the excellent visibility and availability of consumer and food products for clients across various locations in Finland, with a current focus on the Savonlinna area. This flexible gig work is well-suited for those studying or working another job. Responsibilities include shelving consumer and food products in stores, assembling marketing materials such as cardboard stands, maintaining brand image through planned displays, checking product availability, and reporting shortages. You will also coordinate with department or store managers during each visit to drive product visibility and sales growth. Ideal candidates are careful, precise, customer-oriented, and confident in communicating with store staff. The role requires independent work, although a good orientation and background support are provided. Previous experience is not mandatory; a positive attitude and an energetic approach are key. Requirements include a car and driver's license for travel between stores, proficiency in Finnish, and the ability to use an English-language system. Adecco offers flexible gig work with shifts typically lasting 4 to 7.5 hours, occurring on weekdays between 6:00 and 16:00, leaving evenings and weekends free. Compensation is based on the retail sector's collective agreement (Table A-B).
