Green Space Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated supervisor to be responsible for the maintenance and development of green areas in the real estate sector. In this role, you will lead a team of seven gardeners and be responsible for the smooth running of daily work, organization of tasks, and ensuring high-quality customer service. As a supervisor, you are responsible for the planning, organization, and supervision of green area maintenance work. You will ensure that work is carried out according to the agreed schedule, with high quality and safely. You will act as the team leader and ensure that every employee has clear goals, tools, and the conditions to succeed in their work. Your duties include, among other things: - Daily supervision and leadership of seven gardeners - Planning and organizing work tasks and resource management - Monitoring and developing work quality and occupational safety - Coordination of shifts and work sites - Customer cooperation and communication with stakeholders - Planning the use of equipment, materials, and supplies - Supporting, motivating, and developing the team's expertise We value experience and expertise in the green sector. Relevant education, such as a gardener's degree, is considered an advantage. Even more important to us is the ability to act as a strong team leader and manager of overall operations. We expect from you: - Experience in green sector work or education in horticulture - Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles - Ability to organize work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - A firm but encouraging leadership style - Good interaction and cooperation skills - A solution-oriented way of working and initiative - Class B driver's license To succeed in the position You are above all a person who makes things happen.
