Reporting directly to the Finance Director Animal Health, you will lead a local finance team of two finance professionals and play a key role within both the local management team and the wider international finance organization. Your key responsibilities: Finance management - Lead all accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance activities for the Biové entity - Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings - Coordinate statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and payment processes Business & operations support - Collaborate closely with the Controlling team on product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analyses - Partner with HR on personnel cost and FTE follow-up - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities - Act as a key finance partner for local management Leadership & continuous improvement - Lead, coach, and develop a local finance team of two professionals - Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve finance processes - Drive harmonization and standardization across the Animal Health finance organization - Promote automation, digitalization and AI-enabled ways of working Required qualifications: - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent - Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting - Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, tax, and compliance - Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred - Previous people management experience - Experience working in an international organization is considered an asset - Fluent in French and English
