
Assistant Site Manager
As an assistant site manager, you will support the management and coordination of construction work on the project and work closely with the site manager and individual suppliers. Gradually, you will gain space to participate in all key areas of construction implementation from work coordination to quality control and project administration. Your work will mainly include: * ensuring the sequence of work in accordance with project documentation and technological procedures, * supervising the quality of implemented construction work, * coordinating the work of suppliers on the construction site and assigning tasks to foremen, * cooperating with the site manager in ensuring the quality of all implemented work, * participating in increasing the efficiency of construction in the sense of Lean Construction principles, * cooperating in the preparation of lists of work performed and ensuring project administration, * supervising compliance with legislative requirements, OSH, fire protection, environmental standards and internal quality requirements. Qualifications: We are looking for a person with a construction education who has experience in managing the construction of residential or administrative projects and wants to further develop their professional knowledge in the environment of large developer projects. In this position you need: * construction education, * experience in managing the construction of residential or office buildings, * ability to read project documentation and construction drawings, * knowledge of keeping a construction diary in accordance with legislation, * experience in monitoring and controlling the quality of construction work, * knowledge of OSH principles, environmental protection and fire protection, * basics of labor law, * ability to check work performance according to norms, * English language at least at B1 level, * user knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and MS Project, * basic knowledge of the CENKROS program, * Group B driver's license.
