As a construction assistant, you will get to know the diverse tasks of a construction site and see the different stages of construction from close range. Your duties may include, for example: * maintaining site cleanliness and various clearing works * carrying and transporting materials * assisting in demolition work and sorting construction waste * acting as a partner for more experienced construction professionals * other assisting site tasks according to your skills The job description is shaped according to the needs of the site as well as your own experience and interest. At the same time, you will gain practical experience that will be useful in future construction industry tasks. What do we hope for from you? You may be the right person for the position if: * you are at least 18 years old * you have a valid occupational safety card (or are willing to complete it) * you have good basic physical fitness * you communicate fluently in Finnish * you take action briskly and handle agreed tasks responsibly * you enjoy both independent work and being part of a team Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage, but not a necessity.
