Facilities Services Specialist

The Kiinteistöpalveluiden asiantuntija (Facilities Services Specialist) role focuses on advancing client projects within cleaning, property maintenance and waste management services. You will assess client current states and service needs, review contracts and service descriptions, prepare materials for procurement processes, and ensure projects progress as agreed. Tasks include managing client projects, monitoring progress, analyzing existing contracts and service packages, conducting site visits and audits, preparing bid materials, and coordinating with clients, service providers and internal teams. We expect a few years of experience in cleaning services, facilities management, waste management or other property-related service business, and an understanding of how services are produced and how quality, capacity, costs and customer experience are built. You should be able to engage with clients and diverse stakeholders, apply commercial thinking and contribute to service development. A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn and grow with the role are essential. The role suits someone who is social and capable of taking responsibility and driving things forward even when everything isn’t fully defined. Offered is a permanent, developing expert role with opportunities to influence the shape of the job and work on diverse client projects. The salary range is 3,500–4,000 €/month depending on experience. You will work as part of the sales team at the Helsinki office, in close collaboration with clients, service providers and the internal team. The working model is flexible: typically about three days per week in the office and two days remote depending on workload and client projects.
