Property Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a property maintenance worker in Pirkanmaa We are seeking a motivated and reliable property maintenance worker for a long-term employment relationship. Tasks mainly consist of manual snow removal, with other property maintenance tasks during quieter periods. Additionally, we offer those interested the opportunity to learn snow removal using a rotary snow blower in the future. During the summer season, tasks include lawn mowing, etc. The work requires good physical condition and a willingness to work in varying weather conditions. Work begins in early November, but the position requires a successful security clearance. Therefore, the recruitment process will start immediately, and selection will be made as quickly as possible. Before November, you may perform other work through us if desired. The employment is initially a staffing agency contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee of the client.
