Earthworks Worker

BearStruction Oy is seeking an Earthworks Worker for a permanent full-time position in Uusimaa. The role involves constructing fiber optic connections for detached houses and housing companies across the Uusimaa region. Key tasks include plot excavation, earthworks related to cable installations, and careful finishing of the work. The work is primarily performed in pairs using equipment such as ground saws, vibratory plows, and small excavators, as well as various hand tools for the demolition, installation, and restoration of yard structures. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and appreciates seeing concrete results of their work. BearStruction Oy is a growing infrastructure company that values quality, a good work attitude, responsibility, and meticulous craftsmanship. Depending on the worker's skills and interest, opportunities may also be provided outside the main earthworks season, such as in winter maintenance or telecommunications technical work. Requirements include a Class B driver's license, sufficient Finnish language skills for customer interactions, good physical condition, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous experience in earthworks is an advantage, but a positive attitude is most important. New employees will be onboarded alongside an experienced partner to learn the practical aspects of the job. The company offers a permanent full-time contract, pay according to the Infrastructure sector's collective agreement (TES) starting from 16 €/h, typical working hours from 7:00 to 16:00, high-quality tools and equipment, and professional supervision.
