Earthworks Worker We are looking for an earthworks worker for our client company for versatile earthworks and infrastructure projects in the Tampere region. The position is suitable for a person with experience in the earthworks industry and a readiness to work in various stages of the construction site. The job description consists of versatile earthworks according to the needs of the site. Your tasks may include, for example, the installation of stormwater, drainage, and wastewater pipes, making and finishing excavations, installing wells, creating crushed stone and sand bases, filling and compaction work, checking levels, shoveling, and other earthworks tasks in cooperation with the excavator operator. Work starts as agreed, and if a suitable candidate is found, the start date can be on a fast schedule. Working hours are primarily Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined according to your skills and experience in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement (14.20–19.93 €/h + TES additions). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card. * Legal age. * Previous experience in earthworks tasks. * Energetic, proactive, and responsible work ethic. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid Tieturva 1 card, experience in using a pipe laser, and the ability to use your own car are considered advantages.
