In this role, you will work closely with the business and play an important role in ensuring that If remains strong when regress opportunities need to be identified and realized. You will be part of a professionally strong environment with room for development and influence, actively shaping and developing the work in the If Damage Insurance regress team. The role offers a broad contact surface, concrete cases, and the opportunity to make a real difference – both in individual cases and in how we work with regress moving forward. The job involves managing regress cases from claim notification to settlement, analyzing and assessing your own case portfolio, and proactively securing evidence and documentation. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners, and contribute to continuous improvement of regress processes across different types of claims. The team is Nordic, part of Large, Complex & International Claims, supporting the recovery of the largest and most complex damages. You will work closely with claims handlers across the organization, focusing on identifying and realizing all relevant regress opportunities through knowledge sharing, close sparring, and developing effective processes. We imagine you have experience with claims handling from an insurance company and an interest in working with or further developing within regress. You may already have experience managing regress cases or come from a role as a claims handler with specialization in travel, motor, or other areas, with a solid understanding of the claims process. You are motivated by deepening case knowledge, taking responsibility, and contributing to good solutions in collaboration with others.
