Restaurant Worker

Join the renewed Ravintolamaailma in Rovaniemi! We are looking for energetic and cheerful restaurant workers for permanent positions. The role involves a variety of tasks in a relaxed atmosphere, managed with a goal-oriented and empathetic approach that values the team. Contract hours range from 30 to 60 hours every three weeks, depending on the applicant's life situation. Work is shift-based, including day shifts. The position starts as soon as possible, no later than August or September. We offer competitive pay according to the MaRaVa collective agreement, shift premiums, and the possibility of a performance bonus of up to 1.30 € per hour worked. We seek candidates with fluent Finnish for customer-facing work, flexibility, team spirit, and a desire to provide high-quality, fast service. Experience in the restaurant or fast-food industry is a plus but not required.
