Maintenance Planner

Adven is a dynamic energy group and together with our 600 employees we offer industry resource-efficiency promoting steam production, heating, cooling and infrastructure services as well as district heating for households and companies and geoenergy for large properties. We have over 50 years of long and solid experience in the energy sector and currently about 350 sites in different Nordic and Baltic countries. We are looking for a maintenance planner for Kauttua to strengthen our Western Finland production organization, for a fixed-term (24 months) employment contract. Our production organization's over 250 experts work with processes critical for customers. They ensure reliable energy supply and strive to continuously improve the performance of the plants. The plants are located in a geographically wide area. Members of the operation and maintenance team implement, improve and optimize the operation of the plants, being responsible for the operation of boilers and different technologies as well as the use of fuels. In addition, we cooperate with both real estate and industrial customers. As a maintenance planner, you are responsible for the systematic nature and development of the maintenance of the Kauttua power plant, ensuring the efficient and predictable operation of the plant throughout its life cycle. Your tasks include: - Supervisory tasks of the mechanical maintenance of the Kauttua power plant - Planning, scheduling and resourcing of maintenance work in the maintenance system - Plant revision planning, including cost planning, tendering of subcontracting and materials and ensuring procurement - Continuous development of plant maintenance and preventive maintenance - Maintenance of the plant's technical information in the maintenance system - Cooperation with different stakeholders and external partners Your place of work is Adven's Kauttua power plant. To succeed in the position, we hope for: - Suitable technical education (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering, technician, machinist or equivalent) - At least three years of experience in maintenance planning or similar tasks - Good knowledge of maintenance methods, processes and technologies - Experience in using maintenance systems and ability for systematic work - Good organizing and planning skills - Ability to act with different stakeholders and build smooth cooperation - Initiative and desire to develop both own expertise and operating methods - Fluent Finnish language skills; English language skills are considered an advantage We promise you an interesting and central role in a rapidly developing and growing business.
