KotiAvustajat have served customers for 15 years in Seinäjoki and over the years have expanded their operations to Alavus, Ilomajoki, Kuortane, Kaustinen, Veteli, Hausjärvi, Hyvinkää, Körköölä, Mäntsälä, Riihimäki, Lempäälä, Nokia, Pirkkala, Sastamala, Tampere, Ylöjärvi, Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, and Vantaa. We are seeking independent KotiAvustaja entrepreneurs across Finland to work in cooperation with KotiAvustajat according to a unique operating model in their own place of residence. As a KotiAvustaja, you can influence through your own work to ensure that the elderly in your community receive good care and attention, as well as concrete help for living at home. As a KotiAvustaja, you help and take care of the customer's well-being by providing guidance to maintain their health status and functional capacity. Home visits focus on weekdays, and you have time to engage with the customer. All KotiAvustajat operate according to the unique KotiAvustajat® brand, which creates better operating conditions for your business and the opportunity to develop as a better professional. Customer relationships are generally long-term, which provides security for entrepreneurship. You have good opportunities for very good earnings, which naturally depends on you and your activity. You will perform customer work with your own personality and with full heart. Openness, the ability to listen, and a desire to help are your most important qualities. The starting point for your activities is good customer service, where you always work for the customer. You have a health care education (e.g., registered nurse, practical nurse, occupational therapist, pharmacist, physiotherapist, etc.), a hygiene passport, a car for your own use, and an excellent command of the Finnish language.
