Earthworks Assistant

We are seeking Earthworks assistants for our client for a full season in sites around Espoo, Helsinki and Vantaa. The job involves assisting with earthmoving work, such as shoveling, distributing soil materials, insulation, cleaning, and erecting site fences. Prior experience in the infra sector is beneficial but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. A good physical condition and the ability to work in varying weather conditions are required. A valid occupational safety card is required. Having your own car is considered an advantage as job sites vary. Salary is at least according to the Infra sector collective agreement (TES) and negotiable based on skill.
