Primary location: Helsinki. À la carte waiter for the 10th floor restaurant at Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna. We are looking for professionals who strive for excellent service, delighted customers and exceeding expectations. The role is variable shift work with emphasis on evenings and weekends. You have strong interpersonal skills and get along well with people from all walks of life. You maintain composure under pressure and thrive when you have multiple tasks going on. You are a natural customer service professional with a smile that doesn’t fade in busy moments. Previous experience as an à la carte waiter is required. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: customer service attitude, previous experience as an à la carte waiter, prior experience as a bar waiter is an advantage, good interpersonal skills and stress tolerance, being of legal age, hygiene and alcohol service permit, ability to work in shifts, Finnish language proficiency.
