We are seeking motivated and reliable workers for the autumn and winter season on a zero-hour contract. In autumn, duties primarily include leaf removal, and in winter manual snow clearing and anti-slip work. Work is performed according to weather conditions, and winter shifts tend to be early mornings but ultimately depend on snowfall. We expect you to have good physical fitness and be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, reliability and punctuality, and the ability to start work with short notice if needed. You must be able to commit to maintaining your designated snow-clearing route for the entire winter season. A valid manual driving license is required. Proficiency in Finnish; the working language is Finnish. There are opportunities to continue working after the winter season, for example in spring for sand removal and other seasonal tasks. We offer an introduction to the tasks, tools, equipment and a work vehicle. There is an opportunity to obtain further hours if the work is performed well.
