Customer Negotiator

Ruokaboksi has expanded to Estonia and is recruiting a customer negotiator for the Estonian language to join the team in Oulu. No prior experience is required as we will train the successful candidate. The role involves taking care of existing customers in Estonian, informing them about ongoing campaigns and benefits, and contacting customers by phone to explain the service and help with choosing the right box for their needs. You will be part of an existing 20-person team in Oulu that handles national sales and customer service in Finland, Estonia, Czechia and Slovakia. The position offers a training period, regular daytime hours (Mon-Thu 9–16, Fri 9–15), permanent full-time employment starting in August or per agreement, a separate training salary, and a secure yet motivating pay framework (~€20/hour, ~€2500–€3500/month). You will receive the required tools (computer, phone, etc.) and a modern workspace.
