Construction Manager

Would you like to manage important high-tech construction projects in future industries such as biopharma and data center? Then you have come to the right place! As a construction manager - electrical (m/f/d), you are responsible for the smooth execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects for production plants and buildings. Explore your tasks and responsibilities: Construction management of industrial projects with focus on electrical systems; Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on the construction site; Coordination of the construction site, procedures and work processes; Control and review of construction progress; Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations; Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules; Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests; Defect recording and tracking. Show your expertise: Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, architecture or similar, ideally in electrical systems; Experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience; Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management; Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules and technology; Good MS-Office knowledge and CAD skills; Fluent German (both written and spoken); English language on a communicative level; Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility.
