Operator

We are seeking an OPERATOR for our client Lantmännen Agro Oy for a permanent position in Ylivieska! We are looking for an operator for the production team at the Ylivieska feed plant for a permanent employment contract. At the heart of the feed plant's operations is the fulfillment of set production and quality requirements as well as high delivery reliability. As an operator, you will be responsible for the smoothness of production processes through process monitoring and by participating in mechanical maintenance. Success in the role requires previous experience in mechanical maintenance and/or the process industry. Education in the electrical field and/or industrial automation is considered an advantage. Initiative, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and an uncompromising attitude toward safety will help you succeed in your work. You will receive comprehensive orientation and support from an encouraging team that is happy to help you succeed. Work is performed in a continuous 3-shift rotation. Shifts are 12 hours long, so readiness for night work is required. Work begins once a suitable person is found.
