Child Day Care Worker

We are two kindergartens consisting of 8 groups with children aged 1-5 years. We value the interest in pedagogical work and aim for an inclusive atmosphere where both children and adults feel welcome. The kindergartens Fågelsången and Niperts are located in Klappträsk and Nipert respectively. Our staff includes a kindergarten assistant who supports all groups in daily activities. We emphasize developing pedagogical work in line with the small children’s pedagogy plan, working together on learning areas based on children's interests. Our five-year-olds participate in a biweekly movement and play project in Kameljonten. As a child care worker, you should be prepared for varied work across age groups; duties include care and upbringing and implementing pedagogical activities in collaboration with the lead teacher and the team. Your contribution enables flexible planning and resource allocation for the group. You are a regular employee of Esbo City in early childhood education. The workplace is at Klappstandsgränden 2, 02940 Esbo. Working time: 38 hours 15 minutes per week.
