We are looking for construction workers for our client companies for various sites in the Tampere region! The role includes versatile construction tasks performed independently and/or with a partner. Tasks are selected based on your skills and interests. You can be an experienced construction professional or someone at the beginning of your career with a desire to learn and develop. Your work may include, for example, partition wall work, formwork and concreting, demolition, window and door installations, or timber framing. Sites vary from residential construction to commercial properties and public buildings, including both new construction and renovation projects. Work starts by agreement: we are looking for employees for upcoming summer and autumn projects. We offer you: * Varied construction tasks in the Tampere area * Pay based on experience, approximately 13-16€/h plus benefits such as travel allowance * Professional work clothes and necessary protective equipment * Long-term work opportunities for a good performer, according to personal preference * Your own personnel consultant to assist you with employment matters To succeed in the role, you need: * Previous experience in construction work * Initiative, reliability, and the ability to work independently * A valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) * Education in the construction field is considered an advantage Interested in the position?
