Salesperson

Suomen Parvekekaihdin Oy seeks new salespeople in the Tampere and Greater Helsinki area. Your task is to sell balcony awnings, blackout blinds and smart devices to consumer customers. Sales take place at customers’ homes and you will be responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal. Some meetings come from demand and as experience grows the number of prepared meetings increases. Prior sales experience is not required, but it is viewed as a plus. What you will do: Customer acquisition: you handle part of the customer acquisition yourself; Ready-made meetings: some customer visits come directly from demand; Needs assessment: map customers’ needs and offer the right solution; Closing the sale: bring the sales process to a finish; Personal development: you will leverage the company’s polished sales process and training, but you have a lot of freedom in this role. What’s paid: Salespeople operate independently on a contract basis; Commission: about 250 €/sale (about 25% of the sale); Current salespeople earn on average 2,500–6,000 euros per month.
