You will have the opportunity to work in home services for families with children or in family caregiver support services. Our team is looking for a cheerful and social person who is passionate about the well-being of children and families. A person who can work independently and professionally in client work will thrive here. We are looking for a practical nurse with experience working with children. Please feel free to describe your expertise; all professional specializations are considered an advantage. Your workday as a practical nurse includes, for example, taking care of the child's basic needs, hygiene, meals, playing, outdoor activities, or supporting hobbies. You may also care for children requiring special support and assist the family with household tasks together with a parent. Work primarily takes place on weekdays between 7:00 and 18:00; evening or weekend shifts may be possible by agreement. Due to long distances between clients, the use of a private car is considered an advantage, and we pay mileage compensation for travel between clients. Swedish language skills are also considered a significant advantage. We offer flexible and meaningful paid employment: - Working hours 15h / week; we value flexibility in working hours. - The job is suitable for those studying or working another job. - At ANNU sosiaalipalvelut, you will have a supportive supervisor. - We pay the salary either once or twice a month, according to your choice. - We provide comprehensive orientation before starting duties; the orientation is paid and is included in the first salary payment. - We follow the collective agreement for the private social services sector and pay the salary according to the agreement (salary class G20C). - We have introduced a recruitment bonus - depending on your experience, the regional availability bonus for East Uusimaa clients is 1.97–3.18 euros on top of the basic salary.
