CNC machinist for the metal industry in Lahti for a long-term employment relationship! Job Description We are seeking a skilled metal industry CNC machinist/turner for versatile tasks at our client's machine shop in Lahti. The candidate should have experience using a multi-axis CNC lathe (which also includes a mill). Autodesk Fusion 360 CAM software and Okuma control (changed from Fanuc) are used for creating machining paths, so if these are familiar to you, please continue reading. Other important machining tasks include sawing, making fixtures, programming, machining, and finishing work. Experience working in a machine shop is also considered an advantage. If you have the following skills, you may be the person we are looking for: To apply for this position, you must have: * Education as a machinist (metal) - the work is responsible and basic education must be in order. * Previous experience with CNC lathes and the ability to program independently - we are looking for a professional who is efficient and does not require constant supervision. * Good Finnish language skills - the language of supervision is Finnish. * High work ethic – the work is independent and you are responsible for your own results. * Ability to read technical drawings – you can perform the necessary actions based on drawings.
