Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights - What this job can offer you: This is an exciting time to join Remote and shape the future of reporting and insights as the Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights. Your mission: enable customers and internal teams to answer critical workforce, payroll, finance, and compliance questions with confidence through trusted, well-designed reporting and insights experiences. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Security, Legal, and Operations, you will bring the customer judgment, technical depth, and product craft needed to build reporting that is accurate, scalable, easy to use, and ready for AI-assisted workflows and insights. You report to a Senior Group Product Manager and collaborate daily with cross-functional partners to ensure every reporting and insights capability succeeds commercially, technically, and operationally. What you bring: Senior-Level Experience, Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, Data Understanding & Fluency, SQL, Customer Focus, Stakeholder Management, UX Sensibilities, Excellent Communication, English language proficiency, Domain Expertise (nice to have). Key Responsibilities: Set the reporting and insights strategy, understand customer reporting needs, build trusted reporting foundations, develop intelligent insights experiences, deliver through cross-functional execution, measure impact. Practicals: You'll report to Senior Group Product Manager; Location: remote; Start date: as soon as possible. Application process: detailed rounds. Salary: $60,000—$135,000 USD.
