On-call Practical Nurse

We are seeking new on-call practical nurses and final-year nursing students to join MediPower Jyväskylä. You will be employed to work in services for the elderly in assisted living units and home care. Typical shifts are morning and evening. In on-call shifts the nurse performs basic care, daily support and guiding work. Requirements include being a graduate nurse or in final stages of study (minimum 120 credits), proactivity and good communication skills. In addition, a medicines license is required for on-call shifts and a category B driving license is required for home-care shifts. We offer: an opportunity to develop a broad skillset and work with a flexible schedule; interviews can be arranged remotely; wages paid every two weeks on Fridays; 17.00 €/h on on-call shifts, with 9% holiday pay and shift-specific employer TES-based allowances; occasional reward campaigns and a monthly employee award; extensive staff benefits including a gym benefit.
