**Lapland Staff is seeking bus drivers for the 2026–2027 winter season for Lapland Tours in Rovaniemi, Ivalo, and Levi.** We are looking for customer-oriented and professional bus drivers for fixed-term employment in the stunning landscapes of Lapland! We transport international tourists safely and punctually through winter conditions. Our transport operations during the winter are located in the Rovaniemi, Luosto, Ivalo, and Levi areas. Job duties include, for example, airport transfers as chartered trips and other regular chartered trips, transporting tourist groups to various activities, assisting customers and providing friendly customer service, as well as ensuring safety during driving and monitoring the condition of the equipment. Work during the peak season is fast-paced and varied – no two days are the same. In addition to a valid professional competence, we require the applicant to have experience driving in winter conditions and flexibility regarding working hours. This work is performed on weekdays as well as weekends, and in the mornings and evenings. We value flexibility and a positive customer service attitude. Employment is a fixed-term contract in accordance with the AKT collective agreement. Work begins in December 2026 and lasts approximately until March 2027, but a shorter employment contract is also possible if desired, for example, for December. Remuneration is based on work experience, and the hourly wage is at least €16.69 / hour according to the AKT TES.
