The role is flexible and will be adapted to the candidate's strengths, potentially focusing on factory production management, project planning, or cost accounting. As a Project Manager, you will handle the design, dimensioning, manufacturing documentation, and implementation of furniture projects, while maintaining communication with clients and managing project-specific procurements. As a Production Manager, you will oversee production loading, balancing, flow, and scheduling to meet delivery deadlines, and may participate in hands-on production work when necessary. The ideal candidate has experience in production management, cost accounting, or project leadership, along with a background in managing orders and material flows. Technical proficiency in reading and producing technical drawings and experience with furniture or construction projects are required.
