Healthcare Substitute

Keski-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue (Keusote) is seeking short-term substitutes for gig work across Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, and Tuusula. This is an excellent opportunity to design your own working hours, gain experience during studies, or explore different units within the organization. Shifts can be conveniently booked via the Laura calendar based on the needs of the units. Opportunities are available in various services, including home care, elderly housing services, hospital services (acute wards, home hospital, and palliative center), health center receptions, acute receptions, the digital team, social and crisis emergency services, child welfare, substance abuse and mental health services, disability services (housing, day activities, supported living), personal assistance, and oral health care (dental nurses and oral hygienists). Requirements include education in social or health care and registration with Valvira, or completed relevant studies for practical nurses, registered nurses, public health nurses, social workers, dental nurses, or oral hygienists. Valid medication permits are required in most units, though these can be completed through the employer. Good oral and written Finnish skills (B1.1) are required.
