Electrical design project manager / design manager, Industry

We are seeking an experienced electrical design project manager / design manager to strengthen our Turku electrical design business within industrial projects. The role centers on leading electrical design projects and developing our industrial client relationships. You will guide and perform design work as part of the electrical design team, maintain active client interfaces, identify business opportunities, and develop our electrical design expertise for future needs in collaboration with the rest of the organization. You will promote automation of tools and processes for smoother project work and mentor younger professionals to help them succeed. The exact duties will be tailored to your skills and interests. The industrial projects at the department span energy, pharmaceutical, forestry, chemical, mining, metal, manufacturing, as well as hydrogen and battery industries. Your work includes a range of tasks from a single client challenge to large-scale projects. This is a permanent position starting by agreement.
