Production Operator at Inosence Polyol Oy (Salo): The role covers broad involvement in the full manufacturing process of our polyester polyols from recycled PET plastic for PIR insulation materials. You will be responsible for daily production monitoring, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, efficiently and safely. Your duties include operating and monitoring production equipment, feeding and handling materials, quality control and testing, routine machine maintenance and fault finding, developing production processes and warehouse-related tasks. You play a key role in ensuring production continuity, product quality and safe working conditions. The position is full-time and permanent, with two shifts rotating weekly from Monday to Thursday: day shift 12h per day 8:00–20:00 and Thursday 8:00–16:00; night shift 20:00–08:00 Mon–Wed. In the future there may be a transition to three shifts. Work is performed at our plant in Salo Meriniitty. We expect from you a suitable vocational qualification and/or practical experience in chemical process industry, basic mechanical and technical skills, ability to understand and follow work instructions, and at least basic English. We value precise, proactive and self-directed work attitude and good problem-solving skills; experience in quality control, safety practices and production processes is an advantage.
