Technical Sales Representative

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, handling project inquiries, and supporting clients throughout the sales and project process. The role includes calculating energy needs, preparing technical solution proposals, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is not primarily a sales role focused on new customer acquisition. The emphasis is on maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships and acting as a technical expert for customers. Key tasks: - Maintaining and developing customer relationships with current customers and resellers - Handling sales inquiries and project requests - Preparing technical calculations and offers - Providing technical support at different stages of the sales process - Participating in customer and project meetings - Monitoring project progress and ensuring customer satisfaction - Close cooperation with technical experts and other internal stakeholders What we hope for from you: - Previous experience in technical sales, project coordination, design tasks, or other technical customer interface roles - Experience in customer work and managing long-term customer relationships - Proactive and independent way of working - Excellent Finnish and English language skills - Experience in the construction, energy, heating, or industrial sector is considered a significant advantage.
