Electrical Substation Maintenance Supervisor

Would you like to lead maintenance work for electrical substations as part of a growing energy sector organization? We are seeking a site supervisor for our Vantaa Tammisto location to oversee the maintenance and servicing of substations in the Helsinki region. In this role you plan and allocate work, lead its execution, report on results, and take responsibility for financial targets together with a skilled team. You will collaborate closely with customers, own personnel, and subcontractors. The role includes both office work in Vantaa and site visits in the Greater Helsinki area. We will provide a thorough onboarding including guidance from an experienced electrical professional who has no prior substation maintenance experience. You are the right fit if you have electrical engineering education (e.g. electrical engineering), experience with substations, power distribution, or electrical grid environments, strong organizational and collaboration skills, a customer‑oriented and proactive work attitude, good Finnish and reasonable English language skills, good IT competence with various systems, at least a B driver’s license (own car is a plus), readiness for supervisory duties within an agreed timeframe, and a positive attitude to safety.
