Touhula Salo is a sports-oriented 4-group daycare center in Salo, Enola. In addition to early childhood education, we also offer pre-primary education. We go on trips with the children weekly. Everyone in our daycare center becomes familiar with the local play and sports areas. Children want to visit the family park and traffic park as often as possible. Your tasks as an Early Childhood Education Childcare Worker: As a childcare worker, you are an important part of the team that creates a safe, inspiring, and learning-supportive everyday life for children. You participate in supporting children's growth, development, and learning together with the team, families, and the entire work community. At the core of your tasks are: - Implementation of pedagogy: You participate in the planning and evaluation of high-quality early childhood education as part of the team, utilizing your own strengths. You implement small-group and full-day pedagogy according to the Touhula Rhythm. - Responsibility for your own small group: You are responsible for the operation of your own small group and participate in pedagogical documentation and the preparation of the child's early childhood education plans together with the team. - Caring for the learning environment: You ensure that the children's group learning environment is versatile, safe, and clean. - Positive customer experience: You build trust and open interaction with families.
