About the role

We are currently seeking a brisk and motivated production worker for our client in the wood packaging industry in Hauho. Previous experience in the field is not required – a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are most important, as you will receive comprehensive orientation for your work. Our client is a Finnish packaging company that has been operating since 1995, manufacturing wood, fiber, and plastic packaging, and providing customer-specific warehousing and logistics services. The company is committed to environmental responsibility and has reduced its operational emissions by over 70% since 2018. Your workday Your tasks will focus on operating an automated production machine and ensuring the smoothness of production. You will be responsible for monitoring the machine's operation, feeding materials, and controlling production quality. Additionally, your duties may include handling wood materials and other auxiliary production tasks. Previous experience in forklift operation as well as technical interest and understanding of machinery are valued. Your weekly working hours are 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday primarily on the morning shift from 7:00 to 15:00. Readiness for a 2-shift system is considered an advantage. The employment follows the Collective Agreement of the Joinery Industry.
