We are seeking an experienced solution architect for our growing Dynamics 365 Business Central team to design and develop customers’ ERP solutions and influence the future of our CGI Food industry solution. As a solution architect, you will design solution packages based on our customers’ business needs. You will work especially with food-industry clients, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and CGI Food, a cloud-based industry solution developed by CGI Finland. In addition to Business Central, your solutions may combine Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, Power Platform, Azure services, other Dynamics 365 applications, and the integrations and extensions required. In this role, you will design customer-focused BC, CGI Food and AI solutions, their architecture and integrations; identify opportunities to use AI, automation and cloud services to develop customers’ businesses; participate in planning and delivering customer projects and sales initiatives; and influence the development of CGI Food with our expert teams. Your future team You will join our skilled, customer-focused team, which is responsible for delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central and CGI Food solutions and related services. You will work closely with our customers and CGI’s Finnish and international expert teams. You will be able to develop your expertise through varied customer projects, including projects outside the food industry. The role can be based in Helsinki, Tampere or Turku. CGI works flexibly in a hybrid model combining remote and on-site work. Our diverse teams determine the working practices that best support their work. What we expect from you You have strong experience designing ERP solutions and working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV. You have experience in solution architecture and modern integrations. You understand Microsoft cloud and AI solutions and can assess their potential applications, reliability and security. You understand customers’ business processes and can turn business needs into effective technical solutions. You work independently and with a customer focus, and have good collaboration and communication skills. You are fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English. We also value knowledge of food-industry business processes and experience with Power Platform, Azure services, Copilot, AI agents or ERP sales initiatives.
